When is the latest I can place an order and still have it arrive by December 25th, 2024?
For in-stock items: To ensure your package arrives by December 25th, 2024, please place your order by the following dates:
- December 12th, 2024, for standard shipping (contiguous US only)
- December 19th, 2024, for expedited shipping (contiguous US only)
Pre-ordered items: Items that are pre-ordered will not ship until their scheduled release date and will not arrive prior to December 25th.
Can I gift discounted items to a friend?
Yes, discounted digital books and dice can be gifted. At checkout, select "Purchase as a gift."
How do I share the content from my D&D Beyond books?
Master-tier subscribers can share content they've purchased with players in their campaigns. Simply go to My Campaigns and select your specific campaign. Then, navigate to "Content Management" and select which books you'd like to share.

You changed your Marketplace - how do I find my order history for things I bought before this change?
You can find the status of previously placed orders in the Order History screen on the Marketplace. While most of your orders can be found directly on this page, older orders can be found by following the link at the top of that page.
I preordered a product on D&D Beyond, but your Marketplace changed. What happened to my order?
Your order is safe and sound! If you preordered a bundle containing both physical and digital items, you can still find your order here. If you purchased a bundle prior to April 30th, you will receive early access to the digital content. For all other digital purchases, you can check your Order History in the Marketplace to find the latest status.
Can I still purchase subclasses, feats, and other game listings à la carte?
À la carte purchases are no longer supported. However, any individual items you've previously purchased will continue to be available for use on D&D Beyond. If you've purchased à la carte items and would like to buy the digital book, please contact customer service to claim your discount prior to purchase.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Standard orders will ship within one business day if all items are in stock.
Pre-orders will ship within seven business days of the release date and back-orders will ship within one business day of an item being back in stock.

Can promotions be combined?
No, promotions cannot be combined unless it is specifically stated otherwise
When will I be charged for my order?
We charge your selected payment method for digital products immediately upon completing your purchase and for physical products when the products become available. For in-stock physical products, this can be as little as one business day after your order is placed. For backorders or pre-orders, we charge your selected payment method when those products become available for shipping.
Why do I see payment authorizations or holds on my bank account or credit card statement?
As soon as you place your order, we pre-authorize your selected payment method for the full amount of your order inclusive of taxes, shipping, and any applicable coupons or discounts. You may see a temporary hold for that amount on your account statement.
If your order contains only in-stock physical products or only digital products (but not both), you will see one payment authorization. You may see additional payment authorizations if:
- your order contains both physical and digital products, or
- your order contains physical backorders or pre-orders.
Any additional authorizations are made when physical products are ready to ship.
We use these authorizations to validate your selected method of payment. The temporary hold created by any authorization does not cause your payment method to be charged, but the amount of the hold might count against your credit limit or available balance for up to 8 days depending on your financial institution.
