Sometimes when you place a pre-order, your billing/payment information changes before the product is charged just before release. To update your payment information for a pre-order that has not yet charged, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your D&D Beyond account from the Marketplace.
- Go to Order History and select the existing order you need to change the payment information for. You may need to click Show Filters to expand your Order Date Range if your pre-order is older than 3 months.
- Click Update Payment Method at the top of the order details page.
- Follow the instructions in the pop-up window to update and apply your new payment details.
