Sometimes when you place a pre-order, your billing/payment information changes before the product is charged just before release.
If you have a D&D Beyond account: You can update your payment information for a pre-order that has not yet charged by following these steps:
- Sign in to your D&D Beyond account from the Marketplace.
- Go to Order History and select the existing order you need to change the payment information for. You may need to click Show Filters to expand your Order Date Range if your pre-order is older than 3 months.
- Click Update Payment Method at the top of the order details page.
- Follow the instructions in the pop-up window to update and apply your new payment details.
If you do not have a D&D Beyond account: An order not linked to a D&D Beyond account is unable to have its payment information changed, so we recommend canceling the order and place a new one with the correct information.
