- You receive an email from k-ID letting you know your child has requested access to D&D Beyond. Click "Review and Consent" to begin the approval process.
2. You land on the k-ID approval page. Review the details of your child's request and the steps you'll complete, then click "Start Approval Process."
3. Create or link a profile for your child. Add their nickname and date of birth, then click "Add" to continue.
4. Review the data the platform collects and its required features. Tap each item to learn more, then click "Approve and Continue" to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
5. Verify that you are an adult. Choose your preferred verification method to confirm your identity.
6. If you choose AgeKey, you can use an existing AgeKey to verify instantly, or create a new one. Your details are used for verification only and are not stored.
7. You're done! A confirmation screen shows the permissions you've set for your child. You can update these at any time through Family Connect.
