If you are having issues seeing monster stat blocks in the Encounter Builder, certain features in the Character Sheet (such as Artificer Infusions), books in the mobile app, or brand new Digital Dice Sets, it's possible your Entitlements are out of sync.
To find your Entitlements, go to the Marketplace tab of your profile. There, you will see your Entitlements. If they are out of sync, you will see a message indicating that, and a button you can press to re-sync them.
Once you press that button, it will tell the system to sync your Entitlements. This can take a few minutes to complete. Then you will see a message telling you your Entitlements are in sync once again.
You may also need to log out of the webpage or app and back into D&D Beyond to see the changes. We also recommend clearing your browsers Cache and Cookies for the changes to take effect.
If you continue to have issues after clearing your browser's cache and cookies and checking your Entitlements are in sync, please contact Customer Support.
