If you're experiencing difficulties viewing monster stat blocks in the Encounter Builder, encountering issues with certain features in the Character Sheet, missing books in the mobile app, or encountering problems with brand new Digital Dice Sets, it's possible that your Entitlements are out of sync.
To check your Account Entitlements, navigate to the Licenses tab in your profile. If they're out of sync, you'll see a notification indicating this along with a button to Sync My Entitlements.
Once you click the re-sync button, the system will update your Entitlements, which may take a few minutes. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation message that your Entitlements are back in sync.
After re-syncing, it's recommended to log out of the webpage or app and then log back into D&D Beyond to ensure the changes take effect. Additionally, clearing your browser's Cache and Cookies] can help resolve any lingering issues.
