How to find the code: When you place an order on our International D&D Store, your digital product codes can be found in the confirmation email sent to the email used to place the order. If it is a pre-order, the codes will not appear until it debits successfully, closer to the Release Date of the product.
How to Redeem the Code: When you receive your code to redeem for your digital content, you can redeem the code on our code redemption page here.
When you can see the content on your D&D Beyond account after redeeming your code:
- If the product has already been released, the content should be visible on your D&D Beyond account immediately after being redeemed.
- If the code is for a pre-ordered product, you won't actually see the content on your D&D Beyond account until the Release Date of the product, or the Early Access Date if you have a D&D Beyond subscription (2 weeks early for a Master Tier subscription, or 1 week early for a Hero Tier subscription).
