I can't login with my email anymore!
If you signed up for an account before April 17, 2019, then your account is linked to a Twitch account. You should try logging in with that Twitch ID. This was the only method of creating an account and login at the time.
Since April 17, 2019, we implemented more login options over time, listed below:
- Apple
- Wizards of the Coast
If you have issues logging in, please ensure you are using the correct email to log in. If you are still experiencing issues, please feel free to contact Customer Support.
My account is linked to one Login, but can I switch it to another?
Yes, you can! Simply sign in using your Login you have access to, navigate to My Account, go to the "Account" tab, and click "Link Account" for the Account you want.
The Account options you will see include:
- Wizards of the Coast
- Apple
- Twitch
- Discord (Note: While Discord is linkable on this page, it isn't a login. Rather, it allows you to access your DDB content via the Avrae Bot on Discord, as explained here
From this point on, you can log in using any Login linked to your DDB account.
