You can update or modify your subscription on the Subscription Management page of your account profile. On this page, you can update your subscription tier, your renewal interval, your payment method, as well as the option to cancel your subscription.
Be advised that any upgrades to your subscription tier will take effect immediately. For example, upgrading your subscription tier from Hero to Master will give you access to the Master Tier benefits for the remainder of that cycle you already paid for. Once your subscription renews, the new price based on tier and renewal cycle will be charged at that time.
On the other hand, any downgrades to your subscription plan will not take effect right away; instead, they will be applied when your subscription renews for a new cycle. For instance, if you currently have a Master Tier subscription and choose to downgrade to a Hero Tier, you’ll continue to enjoy all Master Tier benefits until your current subscription period ends. Once your subscription renews, the new price based on tier and renewal cycle will be charged, and your benefits will downgrade to match the Hero Tier at that time.
And finally, changing your renewal interval (e.g. from yearly to monthly) also takes effect at the next renewal, not immediately. If you’ve already paid for an annual plan, the change to monthly will begin once the current paid period ends.
